Double-Page Spread: 1st draft

In this blog post I will be showing my idea for my double page spread. I will show what I have on my magazine, my color selection, and how the ideas are different.

For my first attempt I already had all my writing planned so I just wrote it everything on my double page spread. As you can see on the left side Im going to be talking about what my dish is and the history behind it with two big pictures of the meal right next to them. On the right side I will talk about the same dish but just another way you can eat it. Right below it I will give the recipe and ingredients and pictures to show how it looks like during the process.

For my second attempt I mostly kept everything the same but only changed stuff on the left side. I added another picture on my dish during the process and around the pictures I added an outline and each of different colors to match my color selection. I still have to include page numbers and an extra page for my double page spread because I will be talking more about my dish.
