This photoshoot I picked food and to take pictures of food showing it in different angles and colors while our classmates give us some helpful feedback to help us improve our photos.

This photo was taken at a very nice restaurant and it it took around 3 times to get the better picture. While presenting this many of the students like how close up you see the food. The students in my class also liked to angles and color represented in this photo. Some negative things I got about this photo was that since it seemed a little cut out so I should include the full piece. After this feedback I feel like to improve this type of photo is to try portrait mood to really brighten up the picture.

This is another successful picture I took. This photo took many times to get the right picture because of the lighting and background. Some of the class feedback was how they liked how the background was black so it really makes the plate and food pop. Moving forward I plan to incorporate the cooking process to how to make this plate and show different angles.

This photo would probably one of my favorite because I included a close up but with the full set of fries. I got lots of feedback on how their is a napkin there capturing all the foods grease. At first I didn't know about this until after the feedback. So for future photos I now know not to include napkins to any foods. I got lots of good feedback on how good the close up is.

These last two photos are photos that turned out bad and I struggled with them. This photo was super hard to take due to the background so I tried a sideways angles to cover the back but didn't really work. Also the napkin again I didn't know before but now I do. The lighting is also really good here but overall the picture was a bit of a struggle.

This photo was a fail in general. Lots of mistakes with lighting, angle and food. This was a struggle to get a good picture. I got lots of feedback on how plain the food lots, the angles shown of the food, and the lighting on how it low in was. I will say I did try many times to get a good picture. For my next photos I will try to add more ingredients next to these plates to really make the food pop more with more color and I will also try to add more colors and better and brighter lighting.
