Second Genre Blog Post

In class we were assigned to take from 10-15 pictures about our second genre. My genre is Nature. I will show the pictures of nature that I have taken around my house or outside and tell you the great things about them. In my opinion this genre isn't that hard since I have a lot of nature and plants around my house.

For this photo I had some nice natural lighting from outside. I believe I got a really good angle from the top also with portrait mode. Some things I could have done to improve this would probably be a more close up without the shadow at the bottom. I love this picture mostly because it's a new angle I never tried and also the color is so pretty and vibrant with the natural lighting.

This picture took many tries because I did this with portrait mode and was trying to get the right focus on the cactus plant in the front. I love how focused we can see the spikes of the cactus. I had natural lighting to really capture the color of the cactus. I would continue taking more of portrait pictures since the angles for this one wasn't the best.

For the picture I took this with my phone and during the morning with better natural lighting. This picture is one of my favorites because i love how the plants are so vibrant and how it matches with the sunny day. I would improve this by taking it more close up and focusing more on the plants.
