In this post, I will share my sketch of what I would like my cover page of my magazine to look like. I will also be discussing the choices I made and why I decided to add this to my magazine.

The name of my masthead is Parrillada y Platos which it is spanish and it means BBQ and dishes in English. This name is perfect because I will showing two main popular plates from Argentina which are asado's and milanesa's. The image I drew is a milanesa with two fried eggs on top and on the side french fries. I chose this background because it's one of the most popular food of Argentina and also because it fits perfectly with the vibe I am going for which is a family friendly vibe. The colors that I chose also goes with my image which is yellow, red, and black. The deep red represents the grilled meat before it is fully cooked and elegant food plate. Yellow represents warmth and comfort which could reflect the golden, crispy texture of a perfectly fried milanesa. On the bottom left I added my barcode. Lastly, the font I used for my masthead is called Malisha which is a serif font. I used this font because it creates a clean professional sharp look.
